Add pt-BR translations 🇧🇷 #2517

Feature request :sparkles:

Translate the app into Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR).

The app doesn't have a language selector yet, right? Should it also be part of this feature? Any suggestions?

In the past, we've had issues with adding translations because we'd like to validate them all with at least a few different people, but we don't have the people to do that. Let's hold off on implementing this for now until we have a game plan there.
