Re-use classroom #880

I would love to have the ability to set up a classroom and have it function as a master template. Each time a class would run, I can simply clone the master template and disseminate the updated assignment links to the students in that section.

Until then, I am concerned about the overhead of having to rebuild the classroom each time, and recreating each of the 25-or-so assignments.
