Los cambios que hice son los siguientes:

Añadí un archivo README en la carpeta de translations
Añadí las diapositivas en español
Modifiqué algunas diapositivas de la presentación en ingles porque me di cuenta de que necesitaba añadir unas cosas.

@abrilurena can we get the slides in the https://github.com/microsoft/workshop-library repository instead? These changes look OK to me otherwise
