Add links to frontend to email #96

@robdavisMS @steverhall Here's a starting point for linking the emails to the frontend. Hope this works as new email templates are being added. I made the assumption that expert.Handle is the Github username. If that's not the case, let me know.

You are correct, that is the Github username. Once we have the script linting passing we will be good to go!
