1. Ability to change the overall theme of SuperPutty. Right now it's some blue 
office like theme. Would be nice if you can choose between different manifests 
(similar to puttycm, where you could choose between system/vs/office themes).

2. There's an extra raised border around all the putty session windows, can 
that be removed? It just adds to visual clutter.

3. The color of the collapsed right toolbar (layout, p. e.) looks so ugly in 
that dark blue.

4. The application doesn't have icon on its exec.
5. Icons on the windows are default ones.

1,3.  There are some theme apis in dockpanel so we could change the colors a 
bit.  I also dislike the dark blue.
4.  If someone can provide me with a proper icon (create/find new, fix existing)
5.  Just used a hack to set the default the icon on all the windows.

Post up ones that you like to this issue...please mind the usage licenses of 
the source art.

I've also made SuperPutty automatically load an icon named SuperPutty.ico from 
the deployment directory so you guys can test out icons.
