Multiple false positives in trending Racket repositories. #1535

Taking a look at the https://github.com/trending?l=racket returns a number of false positives.

For example, https://github.com/dabeaz/python-cookbook, which even shows as containing over 82% Racket files despite containing none that I can find in search.

Others include https://github.com/apperian/iOS-checkIPA which shows as 100% Racket despite only consisting of a single Python file and a readme, and this https://github.com/csswizardry/inuit.css-web-template template, which shows as 52% Racket.

The statistics for all those repositories seem outdated. GitHub support can update them.

Also, your links are broken. The syntax for links in Markdown is [text](url). URLs will also directly convert into links so you don't need any particular syntax.

Fixed the link typos.

@jarcane The statistics are just not up-to-date. You should ask GitHub support to update them. They will also refresh if you commit something new.

I've manually refreshed these and the stats are looking much better.
