@JustinG4 this should take care of fixing the projects.

Two things I did here:

layout needs to be set to landing in order for GitHub Pages to know how to display the page
I actually didn't make it possible to edit the project title and descriptions (my fault) so I also changed it so all you have to do to edit the title and description is edit those fields in the projects.md file.
