Can I make a translation? #123

I was thinking of making a Czech translation of the English guide and just wanted to know if that would be of any use. I don't want to translate it just to realize it's unusable.

We will add translations to the community_guides directory in this repo, so it would be useful with respect to explaining / describing the Arctic World Archive to people who read that language.
