Updating summary and topics @ TheTechTree.md

Adjusting misnamed topics, patternizing the markdown and including links to them in the summary section.

• Fixed some topics that had their titles different from it's reference on the summary;
• I included links for each one of them. I thought it was relevant since when first reading the documentation, I took a second to underestand that the topics content were actually listed right below the summary - linking them makes sense and makes it straightforward for the reader;
• Also on the summary some colon sign (:) were included in the italic markup, some were not. Just patternized that, including all of them.
