Respected Sir, I am constructing a french version of your Guide File on the Github Archive Program in reference to the issue #52 on addition of more languages in the guide

Respected Sir, I have constructed the Russian version of your Guide File on the Github Archive Program in reference to issue #52 on the addition of more languages in the guide. I have also made a separate PR on the Russian language if you think only that's required to be merged.

Thanks for the PR. We very much appreciate your work, but at least at the moment, we're limiting the translations of the Guide to professional translations. We may well revisit this in future and move to a more expansive list of crowdsourced translations, however, in which case this PR will be reopened and reexamined.
