Support ES 2.0.0 #22

Although this compiles and bin/plugin installs successfully, there are some broken parts that need to be fixed:

Tests fail due to java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: .../build/resources/test
The properties in plugin-descriptor.properties are hard-coded
It throws an exception during runtime: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.xbill.DNS.TextParseException

I'm not a Java or ES expert and any help getting this working would be appreciated!
