Quick Feedback on these 4 HRIS vendors? #9

Hey all,

We have chosen to bring in these 4 vendors to pitch their systems. Does anyone have great contacts there that you would recommend working with to schedule an on site information session and/or do you have specific feedback/experience with any of these 4?

I have heard SilkRoad onboard is good, but not much else

Bamboo HR I heard is not scalable

Have you heard of SyncHR?

What do you guys use?

We use a system called Vana which has not been successful for us. We are currently looking at SyncHR and getting a follow up demo on July 30th if you want to attend.

Hola!

I just want to chime in a bit on giving some feedback about BambooHR.

We've been using it for over 2 years now, and we're still not completely satisfied with the software. I might sound a bit picky, but we are really trying to make it work for us, but it's just not really appealing to use.

We're a 55 employee company, we don't have a massive operation, BambooHR fits us well. It does the trick, it works if you work it.

The support is really good too. I've sent emails requesting changes many times, and they have always been quick to respond, and we always get what we ask for. They are super nice too. But I still find myself wanting to do more things with it, and find it a bit... inflexible for my needs.

Overall, it's an OK tool. However, I'm really liking what I've read about SyncHR...

Hope this helps... or at least does not confuse more. ;-)

thanks @STBNCRTS that is helpful...we landed on DEMOs over the next 2 weeks with:

Bamboo SyncHR One Source (workday) Oracle (mostly just for comparison purposes)

any other input guys before i close this one?

We used Workday at lululemon - we liked it. Very good user interface IMHO. I'm not a fan of Oracle in general. Unfamiliar with the others.
