Relative URLs don't seem to resolve properly #1403

My relative link in this page: https://github.com/IntelAI/models/blob/v2.1.0/benchmarks/object_detection/tensorflow/faster_rcnn/README.md where it says Instructions here near the following line, doesn't seem to resolve correctly:

2. Download and preprocess the COCO validation images using the [instructions here](datasets/coco/README.md).

Although I was expecting the URL to take me to this page: https://github.com/IntelAI/models/tree/v2.1.0/datasets/coco but unfortunately it lands here: https://github.com/IntelAI/models/blob/v2.1.0/benchmarks/object_detection/tensorflow/faster_rcnn/datasets/coco/README.md which obviously gives me 404 not found error.
