JaCoCo .resources files not deployed

JaCoCo puts its resources into a .resources directory.

Whilst this is faithfully copied to the gh-pages branch it is not deployed to the github.io site.

The problem is probably with the gh-pages code rather than the maven plugin code.

@timp it seems jacoco fixed this, this should be closed, in any case this can not be handle by this plugin, so it's the wrong place for your issue.

As you say the particular problem is fixed in jacoco however the general problem remains I think. Close with 'wont fix' if the plugin is behaving as designed.

There nothing to fix, behaviour of the plugin as well as github pages is as designed
