Let the root/reactor pom becomes the parent pom #49

The current root pom is not used as parent, and so far the two modules are released independently.

In order to avoid configuration duplication, and ease the release process, I would be in favor to use the reactor pom as parent pom.

The two projects would benefit from the common configuration contained in the root file, while release would be cut from the root project.
