0.9 release #51

I think we reached a releasable state.

Main changes are:

The support of Maven 3.1.x
The skip parameter
A new web site with a bit more doc.

The release should be cut with a simple:

mvn release:prepare release:perform

I can't cut the release myself, as I don't have the credentials to upload the binaries to Maven Central. Hopefully, @kevinsawicki is going to cut the release in the next days.

Just deployed 0.9 to https://oss.sonatype.org. It should sync over to Maven Central in a bit.
