This PR:

[x] Brings in the modular abstract interpretation mechanisms (e.g. the linking code) that I forgot to bring over following #659.
[x] Extends the Exception domain to support modular abstract interpretation.
[x] Depends on #666.
[x] Depends on #667.
[x] Depends on https://github.com/tclem/lingo-haskell/pull/14 (sort of).
