When looking at the settings for an organization on a free plan, I see this.
Specifically, I'm looking at the bullet points:
✅ 120 core-hours of Codespaces compute
✅ 15GB of Codespaces storage
When I saw this, I thought Great! Now I can allow my friends to bill the organization's free limit instead of their own. However, when following instructions in the docs, I get to this page.

However, when following instructions in the docs, I get to this page.This seems to contradict the above screenshot. Clicking upgrade your plan leads to https://github.com/organizations/{ORGNAME}/billing/plans, which has the following information.
Could someone explain to me what I actually get with the free org plan?
