Improve caption of Network diagram

The "pull" stage of the Network diagram should indicate that a pull is a fetch + merge.

@matthewmccullough I was planning on a text label on the graphic, somehow, hopefully without confusing the process but making it clear it was just a two-step process going on "underneath". Will post samples :soon:.
