No proxy settings #29

When you run program behind proxy it's just can't connect to server. Please add 
this possibility.

wgpkg: failed to fetch packages from "http://winegame-project.ru/winepkg" URL   
QUrl( "http://winegame-project.ru/winepkg/LAST" )  

Add configurable http proxy settings in ini file, i.e.
[proxy]
host=proxy
port=3128
login=account
password=secret
