something wrong with copy when using big-5 or utf-8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get xpud-0.9.2.iso with unetbootin-xpud- into usb-disk and boot....
2. using  Chinese(T) lang.  copy the file from HDD(sda2)<OS=XP) into another 
USB(sdg)
3.the english filename OK ,but chinese filename will be error when i read the 
another USB-disk in windows 7 ~

4. but the filename is right in xPUD when i visit the HDD  (/mnt/sda2 )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

0.9.2 
testing  PC = XP  (HDD)

Please provide any additional information below.

i know  XP encode using  big-5
but win7 maybe using utf-8 
so the name will be error ~
but how to modify it??

BTW, Can you addition the auto-mount function(for anthor usb-disk) on it ??
for  most users . they can not mount it ... (it is no funs. ~ = =)
