Add UserInfo Module to Mobile to get access to Logged In User Id. #557

  1. Create a module to pull user information(Id, Alias, etc..) from force using login name.
  2. Store this information locally to be used by Recent Tickets and New Items to filter them based on the logged in user account.
  3. Refactor tickets and jobs and jobcrew modules to make use of the user id.
