In Price Book Builder, the Seq# column should allow decimal points in the numebr #563

After the sequence number is changed and the page is refreshed the number does not retain the decimal part

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the Price Book Builder page for any price book in any org
  2. Try to input a seq# in the grid that has a decimal point in it.

Expected result

  1. The input mask for seq# should allow you enter a decimal point in the number

Actual Result

  1. The input mask for seq# is preventing the user from entering a decimal number
