Add a ticket log entry

Narrative

As a Field Engineer, I can create and edit a ticket log, so that I can keep a running log of every activity I make during a job.

Acceptance Criteria

• Put an add button on the ticket log view
• Popup a new window that uses a dedicated page layout
  • For example, some customers will not want the end date. Other customers will make the comments field required.
• The basic use case should be that the user can create a new ticket log entry with start date, end date, category and comments.
