On the Mobile app when you click a ticket, the checklist steps appear at the right with the ticket tracking number as the header. A user really doesn't need to see the ticket tracking# here since they see it already in the left panels. However, the original idea was that the Checklist Name would be displayed here. I'm talkking about the header Checklist__c object. They will name these check lists something that makes a bunch of sense to the user. You'll see them named according to job procedures like "Fracturing Procedure" or "Perforating Job Procedure" or "Offshore Pumpdown Procedure" or "Exxon's Packer Procedure".
