Support Layouts by RecordType in the Sync #702

Mingle Card: 452 Currently sync only supports a single layout per object type.

For Ticket Items we need a way to display multiple layouts for the distinct RecordTypes.

The data portion of sync should get a distinct list of all fields to retrieve from all of the different layouts.
