eForms Fail when configured for Job and Ticket #1082

Mingle Card: 1261 Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a custom object.
  2. Configure the object as an eForm for both Tickets and Jobs
  3. Sync
  4. Start a new form on the ticket level.

Expected result

It should just work

Actual Result

The form doesn't always make it down.
