Mingle Card: 1908 Pick groups of types to add support for and create a new mingle card.

​Notes:

  1. Need to update formula fields after a field is updated.

Story: #1686 Console user can define which ticket builder columns to show using the page layout "Ticket Item Layout" (Mingle)
