Use Search Layout: 1. Convert existing columns into templates #1796

Mingle Card: 2017 Alter the existing code base so that each column uses a separate template - leverage ticket item builder templates

The functionality of the existing flyout should remain unchanged.

Note:

The labels on the master column will be used as the column headers.
If a column is in the master page layout it will be added to the flyout - even if it is not in any of the layouts for the record type
