Create the job and ticket page layouts - non-mobile

Mingle Card: 337 Create the two default layouts for Mobile to be used when creating a new job and a new ticket. Customers will be viewing and modifying this so make the names very clear.

Job Layout

For the new job layout include these fields:

• Tracking number (read only) 
  • Roy has already written the javascript for this - ask him for it when you are ready to use it.
  • The UI should generate a new tracking number for a new job
• Job name, required
• Office, required
  • This should be a lookup from master data
• Account, required
  • This should be a lookup from master data
• ​Business Segment
  • ​​This should be a lookup from master data
• ​Price Book, required
  • ​This should be a lookup from master data

Ticket Layout

For the new ticket layout include these fields:

• Tracking number (read only) 
  • Roy has already written the javascript for this - ask him for it when you are ready to use it.
  • The UI should generate a new tracking number for a new ticket
• Job, required
• Ticket Date, default to now
