Sync List Views for Quote

As a Field Engineer, I can view and sort my data in different ways using list, so that (see Feature Card)

Acceptance Criteria

• We should store the listviews in their own store indexed by data type.
• We should use the sort and criteria information for indexing of the transaction data.

Analysis

• The database version number becomes dynamic because any user with enough privilege can change the list views, and thereby change the indexes.
• This would only apply to transactional data.
