Add a record type to contact
Drop the office - this will be handled through the account relationship
Handle migrating contacts for existing salesforce customers. I think we do this with a pre-install script?
Modify the job crew to only use contact and not users
Modify the sync configuration object to only use contact and not users
Add a user lookup to contact
