We should make the Job object a Master-Detail relationship with Account rather than it being a Lookup. This will allow us to add a Rollup field at the Account level that tracks total revenue and will allow for easy generation of reports such as "Top 10 Customers Last Quarter", "Top Customers Overall"and "Worst Customers Overall". These can then put onto Dashboards for the C-Levels to look at.
