1. Log in to FieldFX Mobile with the ‘Matt Field’ user.
2. Click ‘SYNC’ and take note of the ‘Last Sync Time’ when it appears.
3. Expand the Sync Diagnostics Panel.
4. Click ‘SYNC’ again.

Expected Result

• The sync times should not take any longer when displaying the progress bars.

Actual Result

• With the progress bars in view, the sync goes from ~30 seconds to almost 3 minutes.

Analysis

• QA – Full and Incremental Sync Timings with the Sync Diagnostics Panel open and closed.
• QA – Repeating these steps but expanding out the Sync Diagnostics Panel as soon as you log in for a full sync, the sync can take up to nearly 9 minutes on the iPad.
