Support Record Type on Ticket Log.

Mingle Card: 5794 Acceptance criteria:

• update ticket log to use projections
• use compact layout for list view
• use master page as layout when no compact layout is defined
• add a new ‘projection:updated’ for view model to know when to refresh data
• update ticket log list view to use tile layout
• rewire the add function
• rewire the edit function
  • fetch page layout based on record type
  • fetch ticket log rules
• refresh the ticket log list after projection store is updated with an add or update
• rewire the multiselect function
• rewire the delete function
  • immediately remove the deleted record from list
  • fire a remove event
  • add remove projection code to handle deleted records
• update unit test
