As a field technician responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and servicing equipment in the field, I need to be able to find my Work Orders and work on them so that I can document exactly what took place and so that I can know the tasks that I need to do (that’s also in the Work Order). I also need to be able to create Work Orders from scratch in the field with no internet connection. Work Orders would need fully blown functionality like Field Tickets (details, items grid, reports, attachments, workflow).
