Create a new custom setting to enable this feature. The custom setting should include the list of sharing reasons that will cause an object to sync to Mobile.
Change Mobile so that we only sync a Price Book if the user has an entry in the sharing table with the selected reason.
This solves the problem of Back Office users who have access to everything but don’t need every price book in Mobile.
