I was logged-in as Godswill’s user when I noticed this and was able to replicate it in my org as well.
When you navigate to jobs – > select a job → Form → Add a new form, it doesn’t automatically select the first form on file which is fine if you have multiple forms to choose from…

I was logged-in as Godswill’s user when I noticed this and was able to replicate it in my org as well.
When you navigate to jobs – > select a job → Form → Add a new form, it doesn’t automatically select the first form on file which is fine if you have multiple forms to choose from…

However, in Godswill’s org he only had one report to choose from…

Fix FxForms so that it auto selects the first generated report.
Expected Result
With 1 report, I should be able to see the report
Actual Result
No report selected. Stuck on a modal screen that says Select a Record Type with no options to choose from.
