autopopulate_required_ticket_item_lookup doesn't work on IOS 10 #5764

  1. Make sure autopopulate_required_ticket_item_lookup is setup for the field users (lookup field: Autoselect Warehouse)
  2. Login to the mobile app
  3. Open a ticket and select add ticket item
  4. Select service record type
  5. add an item
  6. Select ‘Yes’ for the pop up message to update the ticket item

Expected Result

Autoselect Warehouse field should have the value automatically filled

Actual Result

No value get selected

doing the same steps on IOS11, correctly fill the the lookup field without having to manually select it
