IOS 10 only : PDF report throwing error when you close and reopen it #5772

  1. Login as the mobile user
  2. Open a ticket (Ex:T-559)
  3. Select Reports
  4. Click ‘+’
  5. From the report list, select ‘PDF Report -Normal(S)
  6. Close the report using ‘x’ top right corner
  7. Click + to open it again

Expected Result

_It should open the preview page of _PDF Report -Normal(S)

Actual Result

when you do step 7, throws the following error

Analysis

Was able to reproduce this on versions 4208 & 4211
