In order to reproduce this issue – i had to set the Chrome – network setting to Slow 3G
Open the S& D
Go to a view that has Contact-time line view (slot duration = 1hr)
Drag a Job from the job list to schedule contact and immediately change time duration
Expected Result
It should schedule the single entry job with adjusted timeline
Actual Result
It creates multiple entries with double booking for the same contact & job

*** In the Nuverra org, the duplicate entries do not appear on the crew timeline. However, duplicate crew planning records is created and the red bar appears after a few seconds, indicating that the crew member is double booked. I’ve attached a recording, so you can see the color/status changes. Their current work around is to drag the Job on to the crew timeline, but wait a few seconds before changing the end or start time of the Job.
