Sync should be successful. User just wont have access to Quote details and items pages.
User gets a Sync Incomplete error message

This issue only occurs when i am on PR3031. Beta and Sync V4 work fine

Steps to Reproduce
Expected Result
Sync should be successful. User just wont have access to Quote details and items pages.
