As an admin, I can configure Price override config with a simple UI, so that I can avoid simple mistakes and errors.
Acceptance Criteria
The user can you a point and click interface with minimal technical knowledge to config price override configs.
We want to us a Visualforce page to configure this. The configuration should be stored as JSON in a field on Override Config.
