Mobile PDF Report: Value Displays as $0.00 For Roll-up Field #5878

  1. Login into Mobile with the above credentials: www.fieldf.com
  2. Go to Jobs Tab => Culberson Pkg 5 Pad 4
  3. Ticket => Dr State Wise Unit 1 0043WA (Ticket ID T-15509)
  4. Select the Reports Tab.
  5. View: Estimated Total w/Tax displaying as “$0.00” (This is the problem.)
  6. Login to Backoffice for Keane – Production
  7. View Ticket: T-15509
  8. View Ticket Report
  9. View: Estimated Total w/Tax shows: $1,987,345.67 (This is what SHOULD be appearing).

Expected result

The Mobile Report should show the same information as what appears on the BackOffice PDF Display.

Actual Result

It is showing a $0.00 value.

Additional Note

The value being used is the Estimated_Total_w_Tax__c​ which is a formula of the following:

Stage_Total__c + Estimated_TX_State_Well_Tax__c

Stage_Total__c (Label Ticket Total) is a Roll-Up Summary, aggregating the Ticket Item: Grand Total field. It seems that the failure is due to the Roll-Up not being usable in Mobile PDF Reports. Resources show this should exist however, as the Ticket itself shows the proper amount, it’s only the PDF that doesn’t.
