getBarChartView in 1.1.0 will not display negative values, getBarChartView in 1.2.0 crashes on Pan #359

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reading on the web, both of these are known and corrected, just not in the
same version
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When using getBarChartView in 1.1.0, it would not display bars below zero (Bars
with a Negative Y Value). The recommendation was to use 1.2.0. It worked.
But, in 1.20 I get:
10-02 01:14:58.133: E/AndroidRuntime(1537): FATAL EXCEPTION: main
10-02 01:14:58.133: E/AndroidRuntime(1537): java.lang.NullPointerException

10-02 01:14:58.133: E/AndroidRuntime(1537): at
android.view.View.dispatchTouchEvent(View.java:7384)

I get this whenever I press on the chart to pan it. On the web, I see that you
have fixed this issue in 1.1.0. I tried with 1.1.0 and there was no crash, but
no Bars below zero either.

Anyway to get a .jar that has both of these fixed?

Please provide a source code snippet that we can use to replicate the issue.

What version of the product binary library are you using?
Both, as described above

Please provide any additional information below.

I cannot replicate this one. What values are you adding to the series?

I am getting this problem right now with version 1.2.0.
I am using ChartFactory.getCombinedXYChartIntent with two Y axes, 2 bars, 2
lines and 1 scatter series.
Every time I touch the screen the exception is fired.
Important observation, if I zoom down the image and turn back, the problem does
not happen.
