Fix continuous integration #124

How I see this @gr5 :

  1. merge this PR first to fix build (won't conflict with the other one as files are different)
  2. have a look at my review comments on annulus
  3. once it's clean, let me renormalise the commits because of the line endings. I will open a new PR with a fixed copy of the branch
  4. merge my copy instead original branch (I should be able to keep all history and original authors)
