option to sanitize filenames with google docs get #362

I use googlecl to backup my google docs, with this command:

google docs get --title "" .

It works great, but I miss an option to sanitize filenames.

I think r539 may help you out here.  That revision will let you specify a 
string to replace invalid filename characters with.

Is that what you're looking for? If not, could you specify what else you'd like 
to sanitize?
