Fails each time after a few minutes.

After switching to brainstorm, doing nothing and clicking back, plan is greenlit but has no contents:

In my case when is loading brainstorm

In these cases, hit the "Trash" icon for Plan or Brainstorm and continue.

Alternatively delete off the session ID from the URL and reload the page.

I happened to me when created a task from a (rather general) bug report in a large solution. When I added more context including the involved components, it started working. The workarounds above didn't work.
