CLI update files or folder, Warning. The AI will not pick up on these changes until you've pushed them to your repo #48

I just ran into a situation where the AI is not picking up on files I moved in the CLI. mv file file2

or mv folder_long_name_folder. to mv folder_short

When I ran a brainstorm, it was running the brainstorm on the previous pull, not the updated changes made in the CLI.

There is a disconnect.

Thanks. The file sync can take a few seconds. Did the problem persist?
