Update vscode.md - File Sync on Save + temporary session branch #49

Just small changes to VSCode Extension docs to make it more clear that:

  1. Session Branch is temporary and we should not push there
  2. Files are automatically synchronized with web session on save, without pushing or doing anything (just wait few seconds)
